Room Reservations

The Library has three types of public rooms available by reservation.

The Winn Room is available for public meetings by reservation. The maximum seating is 140 people; however, different room configurations have different capacities.

The Conference Room is available for meetings by reservation with a maximum seating of 12.

The study rooms are available for meetings by reservation with a maximum seating of 8.

The Digital Media Lab offers creative tools, software, AI assistants, and media conversion services for digital and physical projects.

Highlights of the Library’s Room Use Policy for the Winn Room

• The booking party must provide a copy of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 naming the City of Coronado as an additional insured. Reservations will be held for 7 business days to allow for procurement of insurance, after which the reservation will be canceled if documentation is not provided. 
• Winn Room bookings may be made no more than 90 days in advance and are for a maximum of 3 hours including set up and break down. No more than one booking per week is allowed.
• Patrons are responsible for setting up and breaking down rooms during their reservation window.
